What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

Summary

Gray Analytics is excited to offer an opportunity for an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) with a clear pathway to becoming an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM). This position will provide support to Government information technology and information assurance (IT/IA) project staff, DevSecOps engineers, and customers. The selected candidate will initially fulfill ISSO responsibilities with the prospect of evolving into an ISSM, supported by on-the-job learning and professional development opportunities.

What the work involves

Duties include, but are not limited to: • Serve as Gray Analytics' ISSO, managing and administering assessment and authorization (A&A) package processing. • Understand Cybersecurity for tactical networks, systems, and security practices, and apply Cybersecurity concepts to rapid hardware/software prototype development. • Participate in the assessment of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data. • Enforce Cybersecurity standards and procedures for all phases of hardware and software lifecycle management. • Assist in administrative management support of cybersecurity tasks and manage internal office Cybersecurity work tasks. • Develop and maintain relationships with Program/Project Management Offices and government IT program staff. • Serves as the front-line team member to the government's Authorizing Official team ensuring the dissemination and adherence to Cybersecurity policies, procedures, guidance, and training requirements. • Take on increasing responsibilities and complex projects as part of the growth into the ISSM role.
