- What we try to remove before anything is processed
- Before your text reaches the model, an automated filter looks for emails, phone numbers, ID numbers, and personal names — including some obfuscation tricks, non-English characters, and the name blocks a standard eval form carries ("NAME: SMITH, JOHN A", rater and reviewer lines) — and replaces what it finds with a placeholder. This is a best-effort automated filter, not a person and not a guarantee: it can miss unusual formatting or a name it does not recognize as one. For your own privacy, remove or black out your own name, other people's names, SSN, and contact information before you paste. Duty titles, units, and awards are content we intentionally keep — that is what makes it a resume.
- What gets stored
- Nothing, by default. The page you are looking at is generated and shown to you; our server does not save the duties you typed or the draft it produced. If you use "email me this resume," we store the finished translated draft and your email address so it can be sent to you — never the raw duty text you originally typed, which this tool never saves under any circumstance. At send time we also render a one-page PDF from that same stored draft and attach it to the email. That is not new data. It is the same stored draft in a second format.

- Nothing you enter here is sold or shared with recruiters, employers, or marketers. Ever.
- Opting out
- If you give us your email, every message carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Ask and we delete your record outright.

- To prevent abuse we keep a short-lived hashed rate counter, deleted within a day; it contains nothing you typed.
