What to send

• A correction. If a program listing is wrong, out of date, or the provider has stopped taking people, tell us. This is the most useful mail we get.
• A question about your transition. We cannot approve anything or speak for your command, and we will not pretend otherwise. If we know the answer, you will get it.
• A program you want listed. Send the provider and the location.
• A request to be removed. Ask, and your record is deleted. You will get a reply confirming it.

Employers and program providers

Same address. Tell us what you run, where, and what a realistic cycle looks like. We would rather list a program accurately than list it flatteringly.

Response time

Usually a day or two. If something is time sensitive because of a report date or a signature deadline, say so in the subject line and it moves to the top.
