What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

What the work involves

As a SkillBridge intern through 7 Eagle Academy, you’ll embark on a remote, full-time, and fully immersive internship experience tailored to your career goals, background, and skill set. Internships typically last between 30 and 180 days and are hosted by military-friendly companies looking to hire top talent from the Veteran community. Your daily responsibilities will vary depending on the role and company, but may include assisting with team projects, analyzing data, supporting business operations, engaging in customer outreach, shadowing senior leaders, or contributing to key strategic initiatives. Many host companies also offer access to online training platforms where you can earn industry-recognized certifications during your internship. Throughout the program, you’ll receive ongoing guidance from both your host company and 7 Eagle’s Veteran Success Team, with daily check-ins, milestone reviews, and feedback designed to accelerate your professional growth. You’ll also participate in weekly live sessions where you’ll network directly with recruiters and hiring managers from nationally recognized companies. This experience not only gives you a real-world preview of civilian employment—it also dramatically increases your marketability and confidence heading into the job market. If your host company is not the right fit long-term, that’s okay—7 Eagle Group will continue supporting your job search until you secure a permanent W-2 position that aligns with your goals.
