What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

What the work involves

Systecon’s analysts provide the analytical and operational expertise in modeling and simulation that the company's clients need to successfully manage their most complex systems. They also provide support services for clients who have purchased Opus Suite licenses. Systecon seeks an analyst in Weapon Systems Analysis, Modeling and Simulation, and Logistics Support to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities:- Provide analytical and operational expertise in modeling, simulation, and analysis of defense capabilities.- Conduct data collection, organization, and analysis. Evaluates program documentation to gather proper input data and exercise judgment in selecting defaults where data is sparse.- Maintain and update data and model input files to support studies and analysis efforts; use those data, model input files, and associated software to support special requests for analysis and decision support.- Generate unique displays, charts, graphics, data pulls, comparisons, and other analyses; and archive study data and retrieve data from previous studies from archives.- Apply analytic techniques such as statistical analysis, modeling, forecasting, and measurement to effect analyses, cost analysis, flow modeling, forecast modeling, linear programming, simulations and queuing theory, and business reengineering modeling.- Support project teams to develop executable analytic solutions and provide onsite technical expertise to customers.- Support implementations and usage of products; Help resolve issues that may arise in their implementation and support.- Master OPUS Suite capabilities and be able to articulate its various value propositions to different target audiences. Understand what the software does, what services are provided, and what support is available.- Draft correspondence, reports, white papers, minutes, spreadsheets, communications products, briefs, and other documentation. Summary

The IT & Cybersecurity Associate program is a 26-week technical training track designed to develop proficiency in enterprise IT operations and defense industrial base (DIB) security standards. The trainee will function as a junior-to-mid-level technical specialist, learning to maintain Systecon’s internal network, manage user endpoints, and execute the technical requirements of the NIST 800-171 framework. The program emphasizes hands-on technical support and the rigorous documentation required for CMMC/C3PAO audit readiness. By the conclusion of the 180-day period, the trainee will be equipped to perform automated system audits using Python, manage cloud-based identity and device policies via Microsoft Intune, and resolve complex infrastructure issues while maintaining strict adherence to federal cybersecurity regulations.

As an IT & Cybersecurity Associate, you will transition your military technical experience into a specialized role supporting a leading analytics and optimization firm. You will work directly with our IT & Software Development team in Arlington, VA, to ensure our infrastructure is resilient, scalable, and compliant with federal mandates. This is a hands-on role where you will balance day-to-day IT troubleshooting with long-term cybersecurity project work. The Market Development Specialist will: - Develop opportunities for the Business Development team from prospecting and through marketing-generated leads.- Interact with prospects via telephone and email with high attention to detail. Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts.- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure revenue objectives.- Nurture new leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with an Account Manager.- Research and evaluate opportunities posted on various Government Contracting bid boards, identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining requirements, and determining if the opportunity is a good fit.- Engage current Opus Suite users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence.- Disseminate opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive, educating them as necessary about the opportunity to ensure a successful hand-off.- Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in Copper CRM.- Assist Account Executives with business development tasks such as quote generation, technical paper abstract development and submission, and coordinating trade show/event registration and attendance.
