What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

What the work involves

As a Solutions Engineer Intern (remote), you'll be a crucial part of our commercial and government business, serving diverse clients across the globe. Your primary task will be to understand and articulate customer needs. Your role will bridge the gap between product and sales teams, creating customer-specific demonstration plans that highlight technology & servicesin practical scenarios. Reporting directly to Founder & CEO , your collaboration will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities: • Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements, identifying key performance indicators, and coordinating customized product demonstrations. • Manage aspects of system demonstrations, from equipment setup and operation to troubleshooting, ensuring a persuasive presentation of our technology's value tocustomers and partners. • Spearhead customer implementation processes, ensuring successful deployment. • Aid in the preparation of solicitation responses, and other technical documentation. • Serve as the customer's representative within our team, influencing product development and engineering strategies based on field experiences and feedback. • Support various go-to-market strategies and business activities as required. Qualifications: • A positive mental attitude. • A desire to learn about professional drone applications, radio systems, software, security, prototyping, and electronics. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable to varying audience levels. • Willingness to travel occasionally, as you may engage closely with clients and stakeholders. • A solid understanding of the regulatory landscape for small, unmanned aircraft is a plus. • Possession of a Part 107 Certificate is a plus.
