What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

Summary

Winergy LLC is a growing service company specializing in the testing and certification of critical safety equipment in hospitals, pharmacies, and medical research facilities nationwide. Through this SkillBridge program, trainees will develop hands-on technical skills in inspecting and certifying biological safety cabinets (BSCs), chemical fume hoods, HEPA filters, and airflow and pressure-controlled environments. No prior experience in this field is required. Winergy provides structured, on-the-job training designed to build real technical proficiency and position trainees for full-time employment upon program completion. This program is an ideal fit for transitioning service members with a background in technical, mechanical, or instrumentation work who are looking to step into a specialized, high-growth career path. Successful completers will be considered for full-time employment with a starting salary of $60,000–$70,000, with advancement opportunities and certification bonuses that typically bring second-year compensation to $100,000–$125,000.

What the work involves

Winergy provides testing and certification of critical hospital and medical research safety equipment. Trainees who successfully complete the SkillBridge program will be considered for full-time employment as a Medical Equipment Test Technician, responsible for inspecting, testing, and certifying biological safety cabinets (BSCs), chemical fume hoods, laminar airflow workstations, HEPA filters, and pharmacy cleanrooms. The role involves regular travel to client sites including hospitals, pharmacies, and medical research facilities. Technicians are expected to communicate findings professionally, deliver accurate certification reports, and represent Winergy with integrity on client sites.
