What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

What the work involves

Network Administrator SkillBridge Intern – Job Duties Network Operations & Administration Monitor network performance, availability, and security across VSO's infrastructure Configure and maintain IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols Perform network setup, configuration, and routine maintenance tasks Manage and troubleshoot connectivity issues, escalating as needed during supervised phases Network Security Implement and monitor security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption Support threat detection and incident response activities Assist in maintaining compliance with network security policies and procedures Contribute to disaster recovery planning and execution Incident Management Own and manage network incidents from identification through resolution Lead post-incident reviews and document findings to improve future response Provide VIP-level support for escalated network issues Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and network changes Cloud & Infrastructure Integration Support integration of cloud services (Azure) with on-premises network environments Participate in network expansion projects and cloud migration initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure infrastructure alignment Project Support & Continuous Improvement Contribute to IT project planning, implementation, and documentation Analyze network performance metrics and propose operational improvements Manage vendor and customer interfaces related to network resources and inventory
