MOU status: DoD MOU current through April 21, 2027.

What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI Clearance Required Required Number of Years of Experience: (2+ yrs experience)Travel Requirement: Occasional travel Work Location: In person/on-site – Fort Bragg, NC (Fayetteville, NC) Work Schedule: • 12-hour shift • Modified Panama schedule • Days/Night/Weekends • Annual OCONUS deployments (3-month assignments) after 1 year on the job This position requires some hands-on FMV and Imagery experience. However, the position does NOT require professionals who have performed in a full-time role as a FMV Imagery Analysts. We are seeking intelligence professionals with some FMV and Imagery experience, and who have performed in any of the following: IMINT, All Source, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, Sensor Operators, and other related Intelligence roles. The successful candidate shall have operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems. Shall perform high level/expert imagery analysis, imagery product production, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex solutions to requirements.

Eligibility

Successful completion of a typing test, approved for an interview with the customer and approval from client based on interview.

What the work involves

Minimum Requirements: • Shall perform advanced level imagery analysis, imagery product production, intelligence systems architecture and evaluation of procedures, processes, techniques, models and/or methodologies used to develop complex solutions to requirements • Shall have operational and tactical level intelligence experience to include general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems, and geospatial systems. • Shall have briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments. • Shall be proficient in utilizing computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. • Must perform at a highly proficient level on core Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) All Source, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, Sensor Operators, and other related Intelligence roles • Must have SOME recent and hands-on Full Motion Video (FMV) experience. • Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively work, individually or as a member of a team, and take the lead on select tasks as required. • Must attend Government provided training on the duties, responsibilities and TTPs of an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Tactical Controller (ITC) • Must be able to serve as an ITC • Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute without looking at the keyboard. • Shall perform advanced level FMV/Imagery analysis in support of Special Operations mission regional and point analysis with detailed analysis products to support the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, and analyze targeting methodology. • Military personnel who have one year of hands on FMV analysis experience within JSOC meet the minimum requirement. • 2+ years hands-on FMV analysis and production experience out of the last 5-6 years of overall Intelligence experience. The FMV experience can be from roles performed in IMINT, All Source, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, Sensor Operators, and other related Intelligence roles • 5-6 years of overall intelligence experience required in any of the following: IMINT, All Source, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, Sensor Operators, and other related Intelligence roles
