MOU status: DoD MOU expires December 19, 2026. That is inside 90 days, so confirm the program is still running before you build a package around it.

What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for independently leading and managing construction andremodeling projects from start to finish. This role involves strategic planning, resourceallocation, team leadership, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and tothe highest quality standards.

What the work involves

Candidate Qualifications: Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects independently. Expertise in construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, and safetystandards. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field ispreferred. PMP certification and OSHA 30 certification are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with client goals. Lead and manage teams of subcontractors, vendors, and site staff, maintaining high productivity and morale. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address delays or challenges. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Conduct quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
