Summary
Intern to fully understand and demonstrate the ability to complete simple compounds with some oversight from Mentor. Once Intern has demonstrated several weeks of Simple Compounding an evaluation of performance of intern and likely full-time position will be provided. Discussions of strengths and weaknesses, future growth opportunities, salary and benefits will occur at the completion of the training.
