At SNC, we understand that transitioning from active-duty military to the civilian workforce is a critical time for service members. Our Military Fellowship Program (MFP) is designed to facilitate this process and provides exceptional fellowship opportunities that bridge military expertise with civilian careers, fostering personal and professional growth, and lasting partnerships with industry leaders. During your last six months of service, you’ll gain valuable experience in the civilian sector through industry training as you train alongside our highly trained workforce, ensuring you’re well prepared for your transition to full-time civilian work.- Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. We recommend applying 3-5 months before your desired start date.- Full-time (40 hour) fellowship opportunity aligned with civilian role.- Fellowships available from 60-180 days- No cost to the service member or the DOD
