The Logistics Coordinator SkillBridge Training Program is a six-week program that is designed to provide transitioning service members with hands-on exposure to civilian logistics operations, including inventory management, receiving and distribution, documentation control, and coordination across warehouse, finance, and operations teams. Participants will build on existing skills in organization, recordkeeping, and basic accounting concepts such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and receiving, while gaining practical experience in logistics systems, process improvement, and cross-functional communication. The program emphasizes accuracy, accountability, and efficiency within a fast-paced supply chain or warehouse environment, preparing participants for a successful transition into a civilian logistics coordination role.
What the work involves
The Logistics Coordinator SkillBridge Training Program is designed to provide transitioning service members with hands-on exposure to civilian logistics operations, including inventory management, receiving and distribution, documentation control, and coordination across warehouse, finance, and operations teams. Participants will build on existing skills in organization, recordkeeping, and basic accounting concepts such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and receiving, while gaining practical experience in logistics systems, process improvement, and cross-functional communication. The program emphasizes accuracy, accountability, and efficiency within a fast-paced supply chain or warehouse environment, preparing participants for a successful transition into a civilian logistics coordination role. Specific job duties to include: request, track, and maintain purchase orders & purchase order changes as needed; inspect, document, track, and register project material and services arrivals with confirmation from the project team; support payment status troubleshooting and vendor communication; request, track, maintain, and consolidate vendor and supplier documentation as needed; work with site team to reconcile inventory and material discrepancies under the direction of the project manager; janitorial and office cleaning may be required on site per site basis. This program is ideal for service members with backgrounds in military supply, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or financial administration—including those who have served in roles involving unit supply, material management, warehouse operations, or financial support functions across any branch of service. Anticipated April/May 2026 SkillBridge start. Full time opportunities are anticipated for May/June 2026. The training will take place at our project in Eloy, Arizona. Full time opportunities after the program will require relocating to projects in other locations. These are anticipated to be in Arkansas and/or Texas. SkillBridge participants are not employees of RES and are not eligible for RES wages, salary, or employee benefits. Some training assignments may require relocation to a project site for the duration of the program. To offset program related expenses associated with required travel/relocation, RES provides a per diem and phone stipend (as applicable). There is no direct cost to the Service Member to participate in this SkillBridge training opportunity.

Summary
The Project Safety Specialist SkillBridge role provides immersive, field-based training supporting construction, power generation, and/or renewable energy projects. Participants will promote a strong safety culture through coaching, training, inspections, and incident support while assisting with site specific safety documentation, regulatory compliance, and emergency response activities on active project sites.
What the work involves
This SkillBridge opportunity prepares transitioning service members for a full-time career as a Project Safety Specialist supporting construction, power generation, and renewable energy projects, including solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), substations, and transmission & distribution (T&D) work. Participants will gain hands on, field-based experience in dynamic jobsite environments, supporting hazard identification, jobsite inspections, safety meetings, and day to day safety execution. Under the mentorship of experienced safety professionals, participants will help promote a strong safety culture through coaching, training, and engagement with project teams and subcontractors, while assisting with the development and maintenance of site-specific safety documentation such as Site Safety Plans, Emergency Response Plans, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Site Orientation materials. The role also provides exposure to incident management and injury support, including incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, emergency response readiness, severe weather response, permit to work processes, and maintenance of safety metrics and reports. Participants will gain practical experience with common construction and industrial hazards such as electrical safety, confined space, fall protection/work at height, material handling, mobile equipment, cranes, and trenching/excavation, while strengthening technical writing, communication, and regulatory awareness aligned with OSHA style requirements. This opportunity is ideal for service members from safety, fire protection, construction, engineering, emergency response, industrial operations, or logistics backgrounds, including roles such as Air Force Safety (1S0X1), Fire Protection/Firefighter, Navy Seabees (BU/CE/EO/SW), Army Engineers (12 series), Damage Controlman, or those who held additional duty safety responsibilities in operational units. Service members interested in a full-time position at the end of the training program should note that the full-time position requires heavy travel (76-100%) on a rotation basis. Anticipated August 2026 SkillBridge start. We encourage early interest due to approval timelines.

This is a 10-week training program that prepares transitioning service members for a full-time career as a Field Engineer with RES. Through a combination of structured instruction, mentor-guided field exposure, and hands-on project support, participants will build practical knowledge in construction site safety, project documentation, daily reporting, scheduling, resource tracking, quality processes, environmental compliance, and field coordination. The program is designed to help participants apply their military experience to utility-scale renewable energy construction projects while developing the technical, operational, and communication skills needed to support safe and effective project execution.
What the work involves
This SkillBridge opportunity prepares transitioning service members for a full-time career as a Field Engineer supporting solar construction projects. The full-time (permanent) version of this role will perform accurate construction activity tracking, while maintaining safety and quality requirements at a project. Additionally, this person will support multiple aspects of both engineer, procure, and construct (EPC) and balance of plant (BOP) projects in the utility and renewable energy sector. This opportunity is especially well aligned to service members from backgrounds such as Navy Engineering Aide, Army Technical Engineer, Army Engineer Officer, Navy Construction Electrician, Air Force Engineering, Navy Builder, Air Force Civil Engineer Officer, Army Horizontal Construction Engineer, Marine Corps Combat Engineer Officer, and Air Force Electrical Systems. These roles often provide experience in construction management, documentation, safety, planning, quality control, field execution, and technical problem-solving that directly connects to the responsibilities of a Field Engineer. However, RES welcomes interest from transitioning service members across other military occupational specialties who have relevant aptitude, a strong safety mindset, and an interest in building a career in renewable energy construction. Anticipated October 2026 SkillBridge start. We encourage early interest due to approval timelines. Service members interested in a full-time position at the end of the training program should note that the full-time position requires heavy travel (76-100%) on a rotation basis. The training location is anticipated to be in Arkansas (near Little Rock) and Arizona (near Lake Havasu City). Final location will be determined closer to the training program start. Service members must receive command approval to participate in the SkillBridge program. SkillBridge participants are not employees of RES and are not eligible for compensation or employee benefits from RES.Some training assignments may require relocation to a project site for the duration of the program.
