MOU active
An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon
The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired
The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated
The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.

QTS Data Centers is a data center company headquartered in Sterling, Virginia, with operations across North America and Europe. The company designs, builds, and operates data center facilities and offers solutions across hyperscale, enterprise, and federal market segments. Its SkillBridge program spans 20 locations across 13 states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, NJ, OH, OR, TX, and VA.

SkillBridge participants at QTS work in on-the-job training roles across several functional areas. Depending on the position, interns may be placed in Data Center Operation Technician roles, Critical Environment Technician roles, Facilities Operations, Technology Operations, Construction Development and Engineering, Accounting and Finance, Sustainability, Human Resources, or Sales. Placements are in-person and open to all military occupational specialties.

The program is structured around translating military skills into data center industry roles. Participants gain direct, hands-on experience within QTS operations during their transition period. The stated goal of the program is for transitioning service members to secure career opportunities within the company following the internship.
