What the work involves
Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret project-related data (e.g., progress, budgets, resource allocation) to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Generate regular reports and presentations on project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and challenges for project managers and stakeholders. Track and forecast project progress, including metrics and potential obstacles. Project Planning & Support: Assist in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope definitions in collaboration with project managers. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and propose mitigation strategies. Support resource allocation and ensure tasks align with project objectives. Documentation & Compliance: Create, maintain, and update project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and reports. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and project-specific requirements. Review contracts, financials, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and alignment. Gather and document stakeholder requirements to ensure project deliverables meet expectations. Present findings, recommendations, and updates to internal and external stakeholders. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and propose solutions to address them. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to plans and alert teams to deviations. Process Improvement: Analyze current project processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Leverage project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Kanban boards) to streamline workflows and improve visibility.
