What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

What the work involves

Position Summary Metro Liquidators LLC is seeking a reliable and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our wholesale business. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, team supervision, inventory flow, and both wholesale and e-commerce sales channels to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day warehouse and operational activities Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff and loaders/unloaders Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks and containers Manage inbound and outbound inventory processes Handle inventory purchasing, receiving, and stock organization Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels Manage and optimize e-commerce accounts (including listing, pricing, and fulfillment)Oversee wholesale accounts, customer relationships, and order fulfillment Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and organization standards are met Implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs Track key operational metrics and report performance to ownership Assist with problem-solving and troubleshooting operational issues as they arise Support general manager with special projects and business growth initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in operations management, warehouse management, or similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with inventory management and purchasing Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and wholesale sales channels Ability to operate in a fast-paced, physical environment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50+ lbs) when needed Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (including some weekends)Proficient with basic computer skills (Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets)Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in retail or wholesale industry Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes Experience managing e-commerce listings (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
