What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

What the work involves

YOUR DAY-DAY WILL INCLUDE: Responsible for the production of maps and drawings. Major objectives are the quality (accuracy, thoroughness, clarity) of work, meeting schedules, within budgets, and responsive service to client. Coordinate the production of maps and drawings to cover all details so that the quality is present, and budgets and schedules are met. Responsible for downloading/uploading field data, technical production of maps and drawings using various software platforms, communicating with project team. Performing property research both online and in the courthouse as needed. WHAT YOU NEED: High School diploma or GED required. AutoCAD Civil training/education certificate. 40-hour work week with potential overtime. LSIT highly desirable. Proficient technical skills: behavioral traits of process oriented, steady, helpful, analytical, problem solver, likes to work alone when required, methodical, consistent, detail oriented, precise, hates mistakes, likes structure. Must have a valid driver's license, an acceptable motor vehicle report and cleared criminal background check and a negative drug test result. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT: Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent problem-solving skills. Motivated to learn and develop your career path. Aligned to Mc Kim & Creed’s Core Values. 1-3 years of experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018, processing survey computation, Carlson, C&G, Trimble, Data processing, GPS, boundary, surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, topographic surveys, utility route surveys and construction staking. Proficient in Microstation, primary drafting software. Working Knowledge of AutoCAD C3D. Previous use of Inroads and Openroads, main software for mapping projects. Strong plus using Trimble Business Center. Strong plus experience reducing field data in Microstation Inroads or Openroads.
