What these labels mean
- MOU active
- An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
- MOU expires soon
- The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
- MOU expired
- The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
- MOU date not stated
- The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
- Detailed listing
- The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
- Partial listing
- Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
- Sparse listing
- Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

Summary
The Finishing Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining assigned equipment to produce high-quality finished products in accordance with customer specifications, production schedules, and quality standards. The operator ensures efficient machine performance, minimizes waste, maintains safety compliance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
What the work involves
Responsibilities: Double check job order info so the correct order is being processed o Read the job letter o Prepare packaging equipment (boxes, banding foil, etc.) o Make sure the correct punching tool is present and is sharpened o Check sample labels and GMG o Prepare the punching tool for production Quality Check o Double check the quality of the precut packs o Maintain a print-to-cut tolerance according to the set standard Contribute to the general order and tidiness Set up, fine tune and operate the Vision Punching Machine o Set up and fine tune the punching machine (manually, mechanical and electronically) o Ensure the good removal of waste by the central suction system o Problem solving in case of issues o Change banding foil and other required material Realization of the production process according to the specifications on the job letter and example label. O Fine tune the machine in order to meet the requested print to cut and sizing tolerance. Supporting activities o Inform the Team Coach of inefficiencies and potential continuous improvements Support technical department on technical issueso In case of recurring machine errors, assist the technical department in finding possible causes and solutions Solve machine errors Check tolerance of label sizes. O Using the measuring device, check the tolerances of label sizes o Store the measuring results o Adjust the machine settings to remain within tolerance Applying the requirements for ISO9001, ISO14001 and FDA taking into account the safety, health, environmental and hygiene requirements. Supporting activities: Support technical department on technical issues Solve machine errors Check tolerance of label sizes. Social interaction: Communicate any problems and/or questions with the Team Coach Communicate important quality information to the Team Coach Communicate important technical information to the colleagues to ensure a good shift handover Request information from the Team Coach regarding planned orders. Working in teams Communicate important technical information to the maintenance operator and assist where possible Specific handling requirements: Set up, fine tune and operate the Vision Punching Machine. Set up and fine tune punching tools. Operate a transporter pallet, operate interface of the punching machines central control unit. Registration of finished job orders in ERP Aggravating circumstances: Manually move products, loading and unloading of the machine. Working standing up during work hours Nuisance from noise, scents (inks, cleaning agents,..), dust (anti-set off powder)

Summary
The printing presses are automated and are used to print 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 colors. Every printing press is operated by a press operator and press assistant. The printed order is subsequently finished in the finishing department. Goal of function: Printing (min. 4 colors) of polypropylene sheets of different sizes, according to the detailed planning and meeting with the general quality requirements set out by the customer by adequate usage of machinery and raw material.
What the work involves
Our Press Assistants are responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Job Duties: • Assists the Press Operator: set up materials, printing press feed, printing units with ink and other supplies and logistics activities. Maintains job information in ERP system • Assures quality - realizes specifications of printing job • Performs daily maintenance and preventive maintenance and cleaning of printing press to ensure a clean working environment. • Operates a transporter pallet, operates interface of the printing press and Cutstar control panel. • Understands Risk and Safety and Hazard and precaution Statements Qualifications: • Work SAFELY- Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures. • Be DEPENDABLE- regular and predictable attendance and work overtime when required • Be a TEAM PLAYER- ability to assist others with machine set‐up, run, and clean up • Be CARING- respect others and communicate openly • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required • Ability to work in the US without compan
