What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

What the work involves

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As an Assistant Store Manager, this means: • Anticipating customer flow and work demand and redirecting efforts and schedules to ensure proper coverage when and where needed. • Planning for spikes in sales and ensuring the store has the in-stock position to support the demand. • Conducting safety walks, monitoring use of store power equipment, and coaching associates around safe work practices. The Assistant Store Manager leads a team of associates who work together to ensure our customers receive exceptional service while shopping in a clean, safe, well-stocked store. The Assistant Store Manager is accountable for achieving sales and margin goals while driving operational efficiencies and maximizing overall customer satisfaction with the Lowe’s in-store experience. At times, the Merchandising Assistant Store Manager is expected to provide full leadership over the store. The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with peers on the store leadership team as well as the District Manager and Area support staff to assess the needs of our customers and develop the best methods for achieving service, sales, and operational objectives. The Merchandising Analyst, Fellow receives structured training in category strategy, omni product execution, merchandising analytics, product and vendor data, inventory health, vendor support, promotional accuracy, and cross functional business partnership. The role supports Merchants by reviewing store and online category performance, organizing product insights and performance metrics, supporting Product Line Reviews and key business activities, maintaining accurate item and vendor information, and helping resolve product or vendor concerns.
