Connected Logistics is seeking a Technical Recruiter supporting United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) programs, with demonstrated experience in business development and proposal staffing within a federal government contracting environment reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. This role is responsible for executing full lifecycle recruiting activities for highly specialized technical and operational support positions aligned to Special Operations Forces (SOF) mission requirements. The Technical Recruiter will support high-volume, time-sensitive proposal efforts and awarded SOCOM programs, requiring precision, compliance, and rapid response to evolving mission needs. This position operates in an agile, high-tempo environment and partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Business Development/Capture, HR, Security, and Program Management teams to ensure staffing strategies align with PWS/SOW requirements, SOCOM labor categories, and clearance constraints. Technical Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (SOCOM-Focused) • Partner with Senior, TA Manager and TA team members to execute full lifecycle recruiting USSOCOM-aligned technical positions. • Build and maintain pipelines of cleared candidates (Secret through TS/SCI, with CI/Poly preferred). • Leverage sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, and SOF networks. • Conduct candidate screenings to validate expertise and clearance eligibility. • Coordinate interviews and ensure professional candidate experience. Business Development & Proposal Recruiting (USSOCOM) • Translate SOCOM PWS/SOW requirements into recruiting strategies. • Assist with identifying and engaging key personnel for proposals. • Secure candidate commitments (LOIs, contingent offers). • Prepare compliant resumes aligned to SOCOM RFP requirements. Surge Recruiting & High-Tempo Proposal Support • Assist with multiple pipelines for proposal efforts. • Prioritize requisitions to meet deadlines. • Track candidate readiness and clearance status. Compliance & Federal Contracting Requirements • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, OFCCP, and EEO regulations. • Validate credentials and clearance status. • Maintain ATS documentation for audit readiness. • Support compliance reporting and audits. Administrative & Support Functions • Manage job postings and requisition tracking. • Maintain accurate ATS/HRIS data and candidate records. • Coordinate scheduling logistics across stakeholders. • Support onboarding coordination with HR and Security. • Prepare recruiting reports and proposal documentation. • Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health. • Maintain candidate communication logs and documentation. • Ensure accuracy and consistency in recruiting materials. Agile Collaboration & Process Optimization • Collaborate across TA, BD, HR, Security, and Program teams. • Support ISO 9001 and CMMI-aligned process improvements. • Identify workflow efficiencies and reduce administrative burden. Minimum Qualifications • 3+ years of federal contracting technical recruiting experience. • Experience recruiting cleared personnel (Secret through TS/SCI). • Experience in high-volume, surge recruiting environments. • Proposal Lifecycle experience. The Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team within a government contracting environment. This position is ideal for individuals with strong administrative and coordination skills, combined with foundational experience in recruiting and HR support. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with federal regulations, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. This role will also serve as a Junior Recruiter supporting 1st candidate screens and heavy interview scheduling and supporting talent pipeline development Core Competencies and Skills: Government Compliance: Basic understanding of federal and state employment laws, including OFCCP and AAP guidelines and government contracting protocols. Recruitment Process Support: Ability to assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, heavy interview scheduling, and onboarding activities. Technology & Systems: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS for data accuracy, reporting, and system updates and systems implementation support. Candidate Screening: Experience conducting initial candidate reviews and ensuring qualifications align with contract requirements. Interview Coordination: Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling and logistics for interviews. Onboarding & Documentation: Familiarity with background checks, offer letters, and new hire paperwork. Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for interaction with candidates and internal teams. Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: Assist Senior Recruiters and Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to understand job requirements and draft compliant job descriptions. Support sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, and professional networks. Coordinate interviews, including heavy scheduling. Maintain accurate records in ATS to ensure compliance and ISO audit readiness. Assist Senior Manager, TA with recruitment metrics reporting and provide insights to management. Deliver a positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Eligibility
5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or related administrative roles. Experience in government contracting and cleared environments preferred. Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and federal employment regulations. Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems. Strong organizational and communication skills.
