MOU status: DoD MOU expires November 24, 2026. That is inside 90 days, so confirm the program is still running before you build a package around it.

What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

Summary

Light Feather is currently seeking a motivated, engaging and dynamic Entry-Level Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team in finding and attracting top talent. You will assist in managing the hiring process from initial candidate contact through onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This position is best suited for someone who is personable, articulate, organized, detail-oriented, a fast typist, and an excellent communicator. It offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start and develop their career in recruitment and human resources. This is a remote position.

What the work involves

Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. Conduct initial phone screen interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely responses and feedback. Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems. Create, edit, and manage employee and candidate resumes in Microsoft Office and Google Docs. Support the review and assessment process for take-home challenge submissions by conducting initial evaluations, ensuring that all submissions meet the outlined criteria and requirements. Perform ad hoc tasks as required. Qualifications: US Citizenship. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or related field.0-2 years of internship or work experience in recruitment, including exposure to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting various stages of the hiring process. Proficiency in Google applications and Microsoft programs. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team.
