What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

Summary

Traveling Construction Installers to join our team. This role involves traveling to various project sites across the state of Florida to install, assemble, and troubleshoot construction components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or installation work, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments. This position offers the opportunity to develop technical skills while contributing to high-quality construction projects statewide. We provide shared accommodations, meals, and a company vehicle while we are traveling each week.

Eligibility

Proven experience in construction, installation, or related trades preferred Ability to travel extensively and work at various locations weekly Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials safely Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to operate company vehicles or transport equipment as needed Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction environments Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with specific installation tools, reading and understanding basic installation instructions, and prior experience working on construction projects

What the work involves

Travel weekly to multiple job sites across the state of Florida as required by project schedules Install, assemble, and secure construction components according to specifications and safety standards Troubleshoot installation issues and perform necessary adjustments or repairs on-site Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at each site Report any discrepancies or issues promptly to supervisor Support team efforts to meet project deadlines
