What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

What the work involves

The Hardware Documentation Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the lifecycle of electric vehicle (EV) charging systems. This hands-on role is well-suited for individuals with a background in electrical, mechanical, or communications systems—whether gained through military service or technical training. You’ll apply your experience with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and hardware support to ensure product reliability through lab testing, documentation, and collaboration with engineering teams. As part of InCharge’s Technology Department, you’ll work alongside our Hardware Product Development and QA teams to drive innovation, reliability, and operational readiness across our EV charging infrastructure. This role is part of our SkillBridge training pathway and is ideal for transitioning service members looking to apply their skills in a fast-growing clean energy industry. What the work involves

InCharge Energy is seeking an Electrical Technician to support the construction and service needs of its customers as part of our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) team. The Electrical Technician will work collaboratively under supervision to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain electric vehicle (EV) charging systems while ensuring adherence to InCharge Energy’s industry-leading safety and quality standards. This role is integral to building a versatile team of technicians who are trained across multiple functions, including pre-commissioning in a warehouse setting and field installations at client sites. The Electrical Technician will gain exposure to diverse departments and tasks, laying a foundation for long-term professional growth and skill development. Installation and Commissioning of EV Chargers– • Perform in-field installation of electrical infrastructure, including running conduit and wiring. • Commission Level 2 and Level 3 EV chargers to meet operational standards. • Assist with associated civil work, such as trenching and site preparation. Troubleshooting and Maintenance – • Diagnose and repair issues with EV charging infrastructure under supervision. • Perform regularly scheduled maintenance to ensure charger functionality. • Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical problems. Project Coordination and Support – • Assist in coordinating with third-party vendors and subcontractors for installations • Help coordinate material and equipment procurement alongside supervisors. • Support logistics and scheduling for field operations.
