This role encompasses client acquisition, job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and submission, along with maintaining open and effective communication with clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition and Management • Identify and secure new clients through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building strategies. • Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs, company culture, and job requirements. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on search progress and candidate status. Job Posting and Marketing • Craft compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates and highlight client needs. • Post job opportunities on appropriate platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. • Use innovative marketing techniques to maximize job visibility and engagement with potential candidates. Candidate Sourcing • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including database searches, social media, referrals, and direct outreach, to identify top talent. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future client needs. • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates meeting job requirements. Interviewing and Assessment • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate technical assessments or further evaluations as required by the client. • Provide detailed feedback to candidates and prepare them for client interviews.
