What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

Summary

Advance RBT Solutions is a 12-week SkillBridge training program designed to prepare transitioning Service members for entry-level careers in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Participants receive structured classroom instruction, supervised hands-on experience, and professional mentorship while learning to provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral services to children and families. The program emphasizes professionalism, ethics, communication, data collection, behavior intervention, and person-centered care, preparing participants for successful employment with Helping Hands ABA and other ABA providers nationwide.

Eligibility

Honorably transitioning Service member approved for SkillBridge participation High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with children and families Ability to pass required background screening Reliable transportation for community-based services Interest in healthcare, behavioral health, education, psychology, or human services preferred but not required

What the work involves

Participants complete a comprehensive training program that combines the 40-hour RBT curriculum with practical field experience under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Training includes: Foundations of Applied Behavior Analysis Compassionate and ethical service delivery Professional conduct and communication Data collection and behavior measurement Skill acquisition procedures Behavior reduction strategies Session documentation and treatment integrity Cultural humility and trauma-informed care Family collaboration and caregiver support Safety procedures and workplace expectations Participants observe and assist with ABA services in home, school, and community settings while developing the competencies necessary for employment as a Registered Behavior Technician. Upon successful completion, participants are well prepared to pursue RBT certification (after meeting all certification requirements) and transition into part-time employment within the behavioral health field.
