What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

Summary

The Field Engineer Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting field technician and engineering operations through documentation management, system updates, and real-time coordination. Job Title: Field Engineer Support Coordinator Location: Remote (Must be available from 10 AM – 4 PM EDT) Job Type: Part-Time (Potential to transition into a full-time role) About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Engineer Support Coordinator to assist our field engineering team. This pivotal role ensures that our engineers and technicians have the information, tools, and support they need for seamless on-site operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in organizing project data, managing documentation, and driving workflow improvements. Key Responsibilities: Update project requirements, work orders, and assignments in Microsoft Dynamics Field Service (prior experience with Dynamics is a plus, but not required). Generate pre-site visit documentation to prepare engineers for field deployments. Provide real-time support to deployed field technicians, including service report updates and data corrections. Maintain and update field data across multiple platforms including MS Office, Field Service, and File Maker Pro (prior File Maker experience not required). Draft professional reports using in-house templates. Assist with project-related procurement processes and tracking. Develop and update CAD floorplan diagrams as needed. Identify and implement workflow and process improvements to increase team efficiency. Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support project delivery and performance evaluation.
