What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

Summary

Frampton Construction Company (FCC) is proud to partner with the U.S. Department of Defense SkillBridge Program to support transitioning service members as they prepare for the next chapter of their careers. The FCC SkillBridge Program is a 90-day, structured training and development experience designed to provide hands-on exposure to commercial, industrial, and manufacturing construction projects. Participants gain real-world experience, mentorship from experienced construction professionals, and a clear understanding of FCC’s project delivery model, culture, and performance expectations. This program is intentionally designed as a pathway into full-time employment at Frampton Construction. While participation in SkillBridge does not guarantee employment, the goal of the program is to prepare high-performing participants for a successful transition into a full-time role upon completion. Program Highlights- 90-day project-based training program- Monday - Friday schedule (typically 8:00am - 5:00pm, aligned to project site needs; not to exceed 40 hours/week)- Hands-on experience on active construction projects- Structured onboarding, training milestones, and weekly learning reflections- Direct mentorship from project leadership

What the work involves

The Senior Project Coordinator (SPC) – SkillBridge Training Track is a development role designed to prepare participants for a full-time Senior Project Coordinator position at Frampton Construction. During the 90-day program, participants will train alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Teams to learn the operational, administrative, and coordination responsibilities required to successfully support construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role blends technical learning, project exposure, and professional development, with a strong emphasis on safety, communication, and execution excellence. Project Coordination & Administration- Assist with day-to-day project coordination activities- Support document control, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes- Learn FCC standards for project documentation and reporting systems (e.g., Procore)Scheduling & Planning- Support project scheduling efforts and short-term planning- Participate in project meetings and coordination sessions- Learn how schedules are developed, tracked, and updated throughout the project lifecycle Financial & Cost Controls- Gain exposure to budgets, cost tracking, and change management- Support pay applications, purchase orders, and subcontractor documentation- Learn FCC’s approach to financial stewardship and fee protectionQuality & Closeout- Learn FCC’s quality assurance and quality control processes- Support inspections, punch list tracking, and closeout documentation- Assist with assembling final project deliverables- Safety & Risk Management- Participate in jobsite safety orientations and safety meetings- Learn FCC’s safety culture, expectations, and compliance processes- Understand risk mitigation and proactive planning on construction sites
