There are two vacancies for this role. Participant must be in the NORVA / NCR area. TS/SCI required. Minimum of 1 year experience in fields related to communications and knowledge management, and has Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem solving abilities. Familiar with knowledge management tools (including but not limited to ServiceNow, SharePoint, O365 Suite, etc); basic understanding of Information Security Principles. Desired: Process automation Coding skills related to ServiceNow, Drupal, SharePoint, Confluence; Technical Writing and Editing.
