MOU status: DoD MOU current through August 17, 2028.

What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

Learn how to administer all facets of accounts payable, accounts receivable and contract management. Serve as the liaison between the company and the customer in regards to all invoicing matters.

What the work involves

• Administers all aspects of accounts receivable and contract management. • Maintain an accurate record of all contracts and modifications. • Prepare and process accounts receivable invoices according to contract requirements. • Invoice Government contracts though the WAWF system. • Monitor account receivable aging to ensure all payments are received in a timely manner and conducts follow up procedures on any outstanding invoices. • Serve as the invoicing point of contact for all customers. • Serve as custodian of all contracting and accounts receivable records • Maintain status log of all company contracts, current and potential. • Reconciles Unbilled Revenue to the Contract and General Ledger

Summary

Interns will have the ability to train and learn with local cadre of instructors on all aspects of becoming a civilian contract instructor. Training is a mix of on the job and self-paced online learning depending on the position.

What the work involves

Maintain qualification to fly simulator in capacity of a 2- or 4-ship flight lead, using current tactics and employment standard. Maintain ground training currency (IRC, CRM/FRM, etc. and physical qualifications to perform duties. Provide academic and training device instruction IAW syllabus requirements and the requirements of the Performance Work Statement. Provide inputs as requested on areas relating to design, development, and implementation of training device mission sets. Must contribute to Courseware Development as applicable, in addition to fulfilling instructor duties.
