The Diesel and Fleet Mechanic Leadership Development Program runs more than 180 days and focuses on preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of fleet and heavy equipment, including hydraulic, brake, and electrical systems. The Safety and Workforce Development Program, also 151 to 180 days, centers on safety audits, compliance documentation, training delivery, and incident tracking. All three tracks are structured toward full-time employment upon completion.
