What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

Summary

Upon completion of this SkillBridge training program, the participant will complete approximately 400 hours of supervised Human Resource Assistant operational training and will demonstrate documented proficiency in core MEPS applicant processing and administrative workflows, including applicant registration, documentation management, scheduling, tracking, accession and DEP processing, quality review, reconciliation, shipping, and special category processing. The participant will demonstrate the ability to function in a live MEPS operational environment as a Human Resource Assistant under supervisory oversight, independently managing assigned workflows with minimal prompting while maintaining required accuracy, compliance, data integrity, and professional standards. This validates readiness to perform Human Resource Assistant duties within a MEPS or comparable civilian human resources, personnel, or administrative support environment in accordance with established operational and regulatory requirements.

What the work involves

Serves as a Human Resources Assistant (HRA) in the Processing Element of a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) under the United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM), a joint Department of Defense command responsible for processing applicants into the five branches of military Service (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard). The incumbent provides administrative and operational support to the Reception-Administration Control Desk (RACD), Record Maintenance and Accountability, and Enlistment processing functions, to include fingerprinting of applicants.

Summary

During the SkillBridge application process, a detailed training plan is required to identify training objectives, defined tasks, and a schedule of events. This Testing Administrator Training Plan is designed to provide the participant with structured exposure to aptitude testing operations within a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). The incumbent of this position administers and proctors the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) and other enlistment, classification, and language proficiency tests. Responsibilities include preparing the testing room, verifying applicant identity, providing test instructions, monitoring test sessions to ensure integrity, managing test data within the USMEPCOM Integrated Resource System (USMIRS), and securing all testing materials. All duties are performed under the supervision of the Test Control Officer in accordance with established MEPS policies and procedures.
