What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

Belay Technologies offers active-duty members a Recruiting/Staffing Operations SkillBridge training program that provides an overview of running a cleared Gov Con workforce. The training provides an orientation to the cleared Gov Con workforce, organizational structure, compliance requirements, and federal recruiting fundamentals before advancing through contract compliance, labor category qualification, security clearance requirements, and contract operations. The curriculum then focuses on candidate evaluation, staffing, compensation, workforce retention, and operational planning, while introducing business development, capture management, and proposal support to provide a broader understanding of the federal contracting lifecycle. The program culminates in a capstone recruiting simulation that integrates recruiting, staffing, and operational competencies through real-world scenarios, supported throughout by mentorship from senior leadership, continuous feedback, and performance evaluations to prepare participants for successful careers supporting government contracting and cleared workforce operations.

Participants move from foundational concepts—such as open-source research methods, the intelligence cycle, and adversarial thinking—into specialized analytic domains including social media, business and financial intelligence, cryptocurrency, transportation, critical infrastructure, and geospatial analysis. Each weekly module includes applied deliverables such as analytic write-ups, labs, case studies, and presentations that reinforce real-world tradecraft, documentation standards, and ethical considerations.
