What these labels mean

MOU active: An MOU is the agreement between an employer and the SkillBridge program. When it expires, the employer has to renew it before it can take new service members.
MOU expires soon: The agreement ends within 90 days. That is not a reason to rule a program out. It is a reason to ask the employer where the renewal stands.
MOU expired: The date on the government listing has passed. We still show the program, because hiding it would shrink this directory in a way we could not explain. Confirm status with the employer before you apply.
MOU date not stated: The government listing carries no expiration date for this organization.
Detailed listing: The employer filled in most of its record: length, delivery method, eligibility, and a description of the work.
Partial listing: Some of those fields are filled in and some are blank.
Sparse listing: Very little of the record is filled in. That is common, and it is not a judgment about the program or the employer. It does mean you will have to ask them more questions directly.

Summary

Badgerland Pile is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee projects within our helical screw pile installation and deck construction divisions. This role is ideal for someone with general construction knowledge who is eager to learn specialized systems, manage projects from evaluation through completion, and work hands-on in a growing, family-oriented company.

What the work involves

The Project Manager will be trained to evaluate project scope, timelines, budgets, and site conditions, consult with customers, prepare estimates, and oversee installations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Evaluate project sites for deck construction and helical screw pile installations, including time, budget, and space requirements Consult with customers and prepare estimates for helical screw pile installations Analyze soil conditions and structural loads to determine appropriate pile specifications Oversee and learn the installation process of helical (screw) piles Prepare and complete load reports following pile installation Coordinate projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules and budgets are met Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including utility locating requirements Communicate effectively with customers, crew members, and company leadership Training Provided Helical screw pile systems and installation procedures Soil evaluation and load analysis Safety training and jobsite best practices Utility location procedures and compliance Qualifications General construction knowledge preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to learn technical installation and reporting processes Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting Valid driver’s license required Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well in a small team environment What We Offer Hands-on training in a specialized and growing area of construction Opportunity to grow with a family-owned business Varied work between field operations, project planning, and customer consultation Supportive team environment with direct involvement from ownership
