Summary
We are seeking a motivated Talent Sourcer to support our recruiting team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across multiple job families. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in building strong candidate pipelines within a fast-paced agency environment. As a Talent Sourcer, you will focus on candidate research, outreach, and initial screening, working closely with Recruiters and Account Managers to support client hiring needs.
What the work involves
Talent Acquisition Sourcer Experience Level: Entry-Level (0–2 years)Education: Associate degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Research • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing tools • Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned to current and future client needs • Identify passive and active candidates across multiple skill sets and industries Candidate Engagement • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and text to assess candidate interest • Clearly communicate job opportunities, client expectations, and next steps • Maintain professional, timely, and positive candidate interactions Screening & Qualification • Perform initial candidate screens to evaluate skills, experience, availability, and compensation expectations • Document candidate information accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Partner with Recruiters to ensure candidate alignment with role requirements Recruiting Support & Coordination • Schedule interviews and coordinate follow-ups as needed • Support Recruiters with resume review, candidate summaries, and pipeline updates • Assist with job posting creation and posting management Data & Process Management • Maintain accurate and compliant records in ATS and CRM systems • Track sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline progress • Follow agency processes, client guidelines, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, staffing, sales, customer service, or a related field • Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable using technology, databases, and online research tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: • Internship or prior experience in staffing or recruiting • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or ATS platforms • Experience supporting high-volume or multi-requisition environments • Interest in building a long-term career in recruiting or talent acquisition
