About Association for Christian Conferences, Teaching, and Service
The Association for Christian Conferences, Teaching, and Service (ACCTS) is a non-profit ministry whose stated mission is to establish, equip, and encourage military Christian leaders and fellowships worldwide. The organization engages this mission through relationships and partnerships in more than 150 countries, providing administrative and staff services to the worldwide Association of Military Christian Fellowships and supporting locally-led Military Christian Fellowships through training, conferences, leadership programs, and mobile training teams.
Internships are available across 9 program locations in Colorado and Texas, with remote and hybrid delivery also offered. Internship tracks span a range of functional areas including international military student ministry, chaplain training coordination, knowledge management, communications and marketing, IT support, fundraising management, discipleship and equipping, and global operations and strategic planning.
Depending on the track selected, interns work alongside ACCTS staff in roles that may include operational planning, project coordination, cross-cultural engagement, resource development, or communications support. The Global Operations track, for example, places interns in direct support of executive leadership on activities tied to strategic planning, research, and international ministry operations. Most tracks run 151 to 180 days in a hybrid format. ACCTS is a faith-based organization, and prospective interns should be aware that its work is explicitly grounded in Christian ministry.

The Global Operations Strategic Plans & Management SkillBridge position provides transitioning service members with hands-on experience supporting the strategic leadership, planning, and global ministry operations of ACCTS, an international Christian military ministry whose mission is to establish, equip, and encourage military Christian leaders and fellowships worldwide.
Eligibility
Our staff, volunteers, and others believe in the following Statement of Faith: I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible. And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all worlds; God of God, Light of Light, very God of very God; begotten, not made, being of one substance with the Father, by whom all things were made. Who, for us men for our salvation, came down from heaven, and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the virgin Mary, and was made man; and was crucified also for us under Pontius Pilate; He suffered and was buried; and the third day He rose again, according to the Scriptures; and ascended into heaven, and sits on the right hand of the Father; and He shall come again, with glory, to judge the quick and the dead; whose kingdom shall have no end. And I believe in the Holy Ghost, the Lord and Giver of Life; who proceeds from the Father and the Son; who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified; who spoke by the prophets. And I believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church. I acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins; and I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.

Participants will assist executive leadership in strengthening military Christian fellowships worldwide through operational planning, communications, research, project coordination, and mission support activities. This position is designed to develop leadership, strategic planning, nonprofit management, cross-cultural engagement, and organizational operations skills applicable to future civilian careers in nonprofit leadership, international operations, project management, and strategic planning.
